“STAR” Pulveriser is a grinding unit suitable for Grinding Minerals like Soapstone, China Clay, Bauxite, Calcite, Asbestos, Lime stone etc. It can also grind spices, edibles and feeds. It is HAMMER type mil and grinds by the impact of the HAMMERS on the material caught in the grinding chamber. The fine powder is sucked by the blower through the Whizzer cone, which in the process also excercises a control on size whereby the larger particles are dropped down and fed back into grinding chamber. The whizzer cone, regulates the fineness and allows only material of required size to pass through.
The ‘STAR’ machines are STRUDY IN BUILT and the pulveriser also has its extra strength for damage free long life. The unit consists of Base Plate, Grinding chamber, Blower, whizzer chamber all made out of heavy duty graded cast iron, the cyclone and the dust collector are made of suitable gauge M.S. Sheet, the whizzer chamber and the fan body are immaculately lined with replaceable steel plate whereas the grinding chamber is lined with chilled casted liners to ensure long life.
